Ru El’s Running Podcast special guest is a new friend. I met him though the Vinnie Tortorich No Sugars No Grains FB group. We seem to have some things in common, but he’s way cooler. I’ve referred to him as Rawdog and I’m honestly not sure how he feels about that monicker, but we’ll find out. Friends I’m excited to have Chris Rawlins on the podcast.

The Rapid-fire Q&A
RU: What is your favorite inspiring quotes?
CD: “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” -Wayne Dyer
RU: What’s your favorite course, race or trail, event?
2) Tony Molina from The Rewire Project, that guys is like the Terminator and an amazing athlete.
RU: In the long song track list of your life: give me two favorite song titles that identify you.
CD: Hahaha. Gonna be a cliche because I grew up in the 80s. It’s gotta be ‘Eye of the Tiger’. That song is so inspirational.
RU: What next for Carlos Dones?
CD: There is a couple [several] things I’d like to do. Kona would be great. Western States. UTMB in France. But the ultimate for me, would be the Ultra Man.
